If you need an expert opinion from the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro or the Tax Administration of Montenegro on certain tax practice, this article offers a brief explanation of the procedure for obtaining it.

A taxpayer is entitled to receive information on tax regulations his/her tax liability is grounded on from the
Tax Administration of Montenegro for free.

If uneducated, a taxpayer is eligible for basic legal aid, which enables him/her to file and pay tax, calculate and pay secondary tax duties, in accordance with the regulations.

In order to gain an expert opinion from the Tax Administration of Montenegro, it is necessary to fill in the request for an opinion published on the Tax Administration of Montenegro.
